The JHEAP, working together with CCA, provides free confidential consultation, counseling and referral services to you, household family members, and dependent children up to age 26. Special considerations may apply to minors under age 18.

24/7 work-life support

Work-life specialists are available 24/7 to provide resources and referrals for things like child care, contractors, plumbers and other household services.

You can also get help with popular topics using CCA’s wide range of online resources, including articles, daily living calculators, on-demand webinars and more.

Counseling services

You and your family members each get up to six free counseling sessions for short-term counseling needs.

Appointments are available with an on-site counselor on the East Baltimore campus, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Keswick and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, or you may select another physician/provider in the community.

Financial and legal support

Access free 30-minute phone consultations with financial and legal experts to help with things such as budgeting, estate planning, taxes, managing debt, hiring an attorney and more.

Visit the JHEAP website using company code JHEAP and select Centers > Legal/Financial.

Discounts and online classes

Through Perks at Work, you can access national and local discounts and more than 100 online classes for every interest from cooking and dance to personal development and public speaking.

How to sign up:

1. Log in to the Bewell member platform  and select Be At Ease > Find more resources on the right side of the home screen.
2. Select Perks at Work > Learn more. You will be prompted to enter your work or personal email address; use company code CCA. If you already have a Perks at Work account, use your current email address and password.
3. A system message from PerksatWork.com will be sent to your email right away. Open the email to complete your registration and log in to begin exploring the site for great discounts.
